By accessing or using Kids Robo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be the legal parent or guardian of the monitored child
• You must own or control the monitored device
• The monitored child must be between 5-17 years old

3. Service Description

Kids Robo provides AI-powered monitoring of children's messaging apps to detect potential safety threats. The Service includes:

• AI threat detection for WhatsApp messages
• Daily safety reports
• Alert notifications for flagged content
• Parent dashboard

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Kids Robo only for lawful parental monitoring. You may NOT:

• Monitor any adult without their consent
• Use the Service to harass or stalk anyone
• Install the app on devices you don't own or control
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free 7-day trial available for new users
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods
• 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The AI will detect all threats
• The Service will be available 24/7
• All alerts will be accurate

7. Limitation of Liability

Kids Robo is a tool to assist parental oversight, not a replacement for active parenting. We are not liable for:

• Any harm that occurs despite using the Service
• Decisions you make based on Service data
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 24 hours.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv.
